- Vegetable or peanut oil for shallow fry
- 2/3 cup plain flour
- ½ red chili, finely chopped
- ½ bunch coriander leaves
- 20g salt in roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

Methods to prepare
- Initially, you take a small bowl with the combination of a certain quantity of whisky soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar and garlic, and then stir it well in the spring onion.
- Now, take a tofu and wrap it in several layers of paper towels and gently press it with your hands to release the liquid. It takes about a minute to complete.
- Slice the tofu into small square pieces about a half inch thick and keep it aside.
- Take a non-stick pan and heat it slightly on medium heat for 30 seconds before pouring oil.
- Now, take a shallow dish and place a flour then working with 1 tofu at a same time. And then dust with flour as well as season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Now pour some oil in a frying pan and cook tofu in 2 batches each for 1 minute. Cook it well until each side turns to crisp and golden color.
- When they are evenly golden and take them out of the pan and then drain on paper towel.
- Now place the tofu on a platter and drizzling over half of the dressing on top of the layer by scattering some coriander leaves, peanuts and chili.
- If you wish, you can also add steamed broccoli or peanut sauce.
